ACE-Step

ACE-Step is a cutting-edge, open-source foundation model for music generation, delivering state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance.

What is ACE-Step?

ACE-Step is designed as a foundation model for music creation. Instead of being a narrow single-purpose generator, it provides a general backbone that supports a wide range of music generation tasks, from text-to-music creation to remixing and beyond.

Highlights

• Open source — the full model and code are publicly available on GitHub, so anyone can inspect, fine-tune, and build on top of it.
• Foundation-model design — one model serves as the base for many music generation workflows rather than a single fixed pipeline.
• State-of-the-art quality — delivers SOTA performance for music generation among open models.
• Community driven — actively developed in the open at github.com/ACE-Step/ACE-Step.

Use cases

• Generate original music tracks from text prompts
• Prototype melodies, loops, and full arrangements for creative projects
• Fine-tune the foundation model for custom styles and datasets
• Integrate music generation into apps, games, and content pipelines
